From the founder
Both my grandparents lived with chronic conditions. We thought we had time. But when something happened, we didn’t know. That’s what stays with you. Most devices rely on a button. HOPE doesn’t.
We’re not trying to build another wearable. We’re building something that fits into real life—something people will actually wear, and something that helps when it matters most.
Because the hardest part isn’t caring. It’s not knowing.

HOPE is a discreet smart ring designed for safer independent living. It is being built to monitor signals like motion, heart health, stress, activity and wellness patterns, then help family or carers understand when something may need attention. The goal is simple: less guessing, fewer missed moments, and faster awareness when a loved one may need help.
That is the exact situation HOPE is designed for. If a fall, unusual movement pattern, distress signal or concerning change is detected, HOPE is intended to notify the selected care circle so someone can check in sooner. It helps reduce the risk of a person being left alone for hours before anyone knows something has happened.
No. Traditional panic buttons can fail at the worst time because the person may be unconscious, confused, injured, in pain, or simply unable to reach the button. HOPE is being built around passive detection and automatic awareness, so support does not depend only on someone manually asking for help.
No wearable can honestly promise to detect every fall, emergency or health event. Performance can depend on fit, battery, connectivity, movement type, the person wearing it and the environment. HOPE is designed to improve awareness and response, and the wearer can also manually ask for help by tapping the ring a few times. It should not replace emergency services, medical advice or an existing care plan for high-risk situations.
HOPE is designed around a trusted care circle. That may include family members, carers, support workers or approved providers depending on how the ring is set up. The idea is that alerts go to the people who are most likely to act quickly, rather than leaving everyone unsure who should check in.
Yes, the companion experience is being designed to help authorised family and carers understand recent activity and changes without needing constant check-in calls. Instead of asking, “Are they safe right now?” and hoping for the best, families can get a clearer sense of patterns, activity and possible concerns. Access is intended to be permission-based, so the person wearing HOPE stays in control of who can see their information.
HOPE is designed for real daily life, including ordinary water exposure such as washing hands, showering and going about the day without constantly removing the ring.
HOPE Ring B is being designed for up to 7 days of battery life, depending on usage, settings and connectivity. Longer battery life matters because families should not have to worry every day about whether the ring is charged. The A$499 Early Access Package includes a Pro charging case.
HOPE is designed to be discreet, lightweight and suitable for continuous wear, including overnight. The A$499 Early Access Package includes a physical sizing kit so you can confirm your fit before ring dispatch. Earlier customers retain the sizing-kit arrangements already promised to them.
HOPE is being built around fall detection, stress, heart health, wellness and longevity, activity and fitness, care circle alerts, battery awareness and lab uploads. These signals are designed to provide useful context, not to diagnose medical conditions. If something looks concerning, the right next step may still be to contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.
Batch 1 is sold out. The A$499 Batch 2 Early Access Package includes HOPE Ring B, a physical sizing kit, Pro charging case, priority dispatch within Batch 2, a 12-month package warranty, a family setup session, 12 months of accidental damage and loss protection, and early access to Carerpod and Gen B2. Protection allows one replacement in total from ring delivery, under the coverage terms. Gen B2 is sold separately; Carerpod pricing will be announced. A new A$5 reservation includes a Batch 2 allocation, the A$499 device price lock and production updates. Earlier customers keep their previously promised benefits. View both offers and their terms.
Customers can reserve HOPE Ring B with an A$5 refundable deposit. The Batch 2 early-access device price is A$499 for a package purchase or a completed reservation. Estimated ring dispatch is late 2026 to early 2027, after size confirmation and production readiness.
The Batch 2 early-access device price is A$499. A new A$5 reservation is credited toward a direct purchase, leaving A$494. Australian delivery is free and core fall alerts have no monthly fee. Future optional services and separate devices will have their own disclosed purchase terms.
Eligible customers can request a quote for their plan manager or care provider. Funding eligibility, participant contributions and purchasing arrangements depend on the relevant programme, budget and provider approval. An enquiry does not confirm funding, payment or a device allocation. HOPE will review the request and explain the next steps.
If your purchase is approved and paid through your relevant funding source, HOPE will refund the $5 reservation deposit to your original payment method. Funding approval is not guaranteed and depends on your eligibility, plan or budget, provider and applicable program rules.
The $5 AUD reservation secures your place for HOPE Ring B and is fully refundable if you cancel before your ring ships. Before shipping, HOPE will contact you to confirm sizing, delivery details, funding pathway and any remaining balance. If your ring is later approved and paid through Support at Home or NDIS, the $5 reservation deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
It secures your reservation while your funding method, ring size, delivery details and final order are confirmed. It also gives HOPE the details needed to coordinate the next step with you, your family, your provider, or your chosen payment pathway.
Choose the A$499 Early Access Package, or reserve with A$5 and complete the A$494 remaining device payment later. Completing a reservation uses its existing allocation. Earlier customers retain their recorded prices and promised benefits. Ring dispatch follows size and delivery confirmation and production readiness.
Yes. The $5 reservation deposit is refundable if you cancel before your ring ships. The Early Access Package includes a free sizing kit; earlier customers keep any kit already promised.
A new A$5 reservation leaves A$494 of the A$499 device price to complete before ring dispatch. HOPE will contact you about sizing, delivery details and payment or funding arrangements. A fully paid Early Access Package has no remaining device balance.
Batch 2 preorders are expected to dispatch from late 2026 to early 2027, subject to size confirmation and production readiness. Earlier customers retain their existing delivery commitments. We’ll keep you updated as your order progresses.
