Information You Provide to Us

When you interact with us, we may collect information such as:

• information provided through forms, bookings, demos, or contact requests.

Cookies and Information Collected Automatically

Optional Google and Meta advertising measurement is disabled until you choose “Accept cookies”. You can change that choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Your advertising choice is separate from consent to receive marketing emails, and neither is required to place an order.

When you allow advertising measurement, we may share browser identifiers, page activity and verified transaction amounts with Google and Meta. Meta may receive purchase events and contact details transformed with SHA-256 hashing, including email, phone, name and locality, to match your transaction to an ad. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. We also use the browser IP address and user agent captured during checkout, and Meta click and browser identifiers, for this matching. Funding pathway answers, disability information, support messages, payment credentials and private recovery links are excluded from advertising events. Essential order processing and our site’s own visit measurements operate separately.

Our first-party campaign cookies, hope_touch_first and hope_touch_paid, last for 30 days. They retain the first visit and most recent paid campaign visit, including campaign and ad tags, the public landing page, referrer and click identifier. We copy that attribution to your reservation for internal reporting. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop this browser tracking. Choosing “Decline” prevents optional sharing with Google and Meta; it does not prevent essential order records or first-party campaign reporting.

We may share hashed email addresses of existing reservers with Meta to exclude them from prospecting advertisements. We exclude marketing unsubscribes and recorded advertising opt-outs from this audience. You can use “Cookie settings” or contact us to change your preference.

When you use our Website, we may automatically collect:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• device information;
• pages visited;
• time spent on pages;
• referral sources;
• Website interactions; and
• approximate location data.

Sensitive Information

6. Cookies & Analytics

Essential checkout cookies keep your order session private and allow secure payment and email verification. Our own visit counter uses random browser and visit identifiers, with page paths and campaign tags. It does not store your IP address or browser user-agent text and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Where enabled, Google and Meta advertising tools may process browser, device, network and page information under their own privacy terms. Order, contact, delivery, funding and provider details are used to fulfil your request and are not included in our browser analytics events. Payment details are collected through the payment provider's secure checkout.

We record payment and refund status for order fulfilment, accounting and fraud prevention. These essential business records are separate from optional visit tracking. If you request a funded quote and consent to provider contact, the nominated provider details are used for that request.

Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies to:
