11. NDIS & Funding Disclaimer

HopeRing products may be considered by some customers as assistive technology or support-related purchases.

However:

• funding approval decisions are made by the participant, plan manager, support coordinator, NDIA, or relevant authority;
• HopeRing does not guarantee NDIS reimbursement or approval; and
• customers are responsible for confirming eligibility and funding arrangements.

Quotes or invoices can be provided on request.

12. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• using products according to instructions;
• maintaining chargers, batteries, internet, SIM, or related requirements where applicable;
• ensuring emergency contacts are correct and current;
• notifying us of relevant account changes;
• supervising vulnerable users where needed; and
• using products appropriately and safely.

13. Connectivity & Technology Limitations

Some products may depend on:

• mobile networks;
• Wi-Fi;
• GPS;
• Bluetooth;

• electricity/battery power.

HopeRing does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or real-time performance in every environment.

Signal loss, outages, hardware limitations, or environmental conditions may affect functionality.
