Batch 2 preorder

Batch 1 is sold out. The Batch 2 early-access device price is A$499 including GST. Australian delivery is free. Estimated ring dispatch is late 2026 to early 2027, after size confirmation and production readiness. We will send production updates and notify you of material changes.

Your A$5 reservation secures an A$499 ring order and includes HOPE Ring B, a free physical sizing kit, Pro charging case, priority dispatch among ready Batch 2 orders, a 12-month total ring warranty, a family setup session, the protection allowance below and priority invitations for Carerpod and Gen B2. Earlier promised allocations and delivery commitments are retained.

A new A$5 reservation holds one Batch 2 allocation and locks in the A$499 device price. The deposit is credited once toward a direct purchase, leaving A$494. Completing a reservation uses its existing allocation. All listed benefits are included with your reservation. We send your free sizing kit first; confirm your size and complete your order once it arrives. The A$494 balance is due within 10 days of paying the A$5 reservation. Payment timing for NDIS and Support at Home funding may vary. Contact HOPE if your kit has not arrived in time; no automatic balance charge or cancellation is made by this website. Earlier customers retain every benefit already promised to them.

You may cancel a full-payment preorder before ring dispatch for a full refund of the amount received, to the original payment method. Sizing-kit dispatch or delivery does not count as ring dispatch. See the Refund Policy for cancellations, deposit credit and funded orders.

Core fall alerts have no monthly fee. Carerpod and Gen B2 are separate future products with their own purchase terms.

The included family setup session is a virtual Zoom meeting covering pairing, nominated contacts and understanding alerts. Booking slots open after the products ship; we will email eligible customers booking instructions.

Ring protection

Your HOPE Ring order includes one complimentary ring replacement if your ring is accidentally damaged or lost during the first 12 months after delivery. One replacement in total for accidental damage or loss. Coverage terms apply.

The 12-month period starts when the customer receives the HOPE ring. Paying for the preorder, dispatching the ring or delivering a sizing kit does not start that period.

The promotional replacement allowance is separate from the ring warranty, manufacturing-defect claims and Australian Consumer Law rights. Manufacturing-defect claims do not consume the promotional allowance.

The protection allowance is included with your A$5 reservation and begins when you receive your HOPE ring. A funding enquiry or approval alone is not a completed purchase. Earlier customers retain their previously promised entitlements.

To claim, email hello@hopering.com.au with your order reference, purchase email, incident date and description. For accidental damage, provide photos if available; for loss, provide a written account. HOPE may request reasonable information to verify the purchase, original ring delivery and incident. A lost ring does not need to be returned. If inspection of a damaged ring is needed, HOPE will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return expenses.

There is no excess or replacement fee, and Australian replacement delivery is free. The allowance covers the ring, not accessories or separate future products. A second promotional replacement, or an incident outside the 12-month period, is outside this allowance. A replacement does not restart the original protection period. Nothing limits remedies for defective goods or your statutory rights.

Carerpod and Gen B2 early access

Be among the first invited to access Carerpod and our next-generation HOPE ring, with updates shared directly with eligible Early Access customers.

Priority invitations are included with your paid A$5 reservation. Earlier customer promises remain recorded. Early access does not include a complimentary device, subscription or Gen B2 replacement. Both Carerpod and Gen B2 are separate purchases. Prices and purchase terms will be announced when each product is released.

Launch timing and availability have not been promised. You may choose whether to purchase after reviewing the future product's terms. Existing customers retain any stronger future-product benefit already promised to them.

HOPE ring warranty

Orders secured through the A$5 reservation flow include a 12-month warranty from receipt of the ring. These periods do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights, which may continue for longer. Earlier customers retain any longer warranty already promised.

For a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, email your order reference or other proof of purchase, purchase email and a description of the problem to hello@hopering.com.au. Photos may help but are not required if unavailable. HOPE will assess the problem and arrange repair or replacement where covered; any refund or other remedy required by law remains available. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim.

HOPE covers reasonable expenses for a covered warranty claim, including necessary return and replacement delivery. Please contact us for return instructions and keep receipts so reasonable expenses can be reimbursed. Accidental damage and loss are addressed separately under the ring protection allowance. Manufacturing-defect claims do not use that allowance.

Our Website may provide information, demonstrations, product details, support resources, and purchasing opportunities.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You may use our Website and services if you:

• are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent, guardian, nominee, or authorised representative;
• are legally capable of entering agreements; and
• use our products and services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If acting on behalf of another person (including a family member, client, participant, organisation, or provider), you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• misuse the Website;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
• upload harmful code, malware, or viruses;
• interfere with security or operations;
• use false or misleading information;
• copy or exploit Website content without permission; or
• use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access where misuse occurs.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and images are accurate. However:

• information may change without notice;
• colours and appearance may vary by screen/device;
• features may be updated or modified; and
• availability may be limited.

HopeRing reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

5. Orders & Purchases

When placing an order, you agree that:

• information provided is accurate and complete;
• payment details are valid; and
• you are authorised to make the purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or misuse.

6. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated:

• prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD);
• applicable GST may apply; and
• payment is required at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Third-party payment processors may be used, and their terms may also apply.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

• couriers;
• supply chain interruptions;
• weather events;
• incorrect delivery details; or
• events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Preorder cancellation and consumer-law rights remain available if delivery is delayed.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

HopeRing complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under law.

Where products are faulty, not as described, or fail consumer guarantees, remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to:

• unused condition;
• original packaging;
• proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs may apply unless required by law.

9. Subscriptions & Ongoing Services

Core HOPE Ring fall alerts have no monthly fee. No subscription is added to this preorder. Carerpod is a separate future product.

Where HopeRing offers monitoring, support, software, subscriptions, or recurring services:

• fees and billing terms will be disclosed separately;
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled;
• service inclusions may evolve over time; and
• fees may change with notice where permitted.

Specific service terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

10. Medical & Emergency Disclaimer

HopeRing products are designed to support safety, communication, independence, and wellbeing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, HopeRing products and services:

• are not medical devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease;
• do not replace emergency services;
• do not guarantee prevention of injury, incidents, falls, harm, or emergencies; and
• do not replace professional care, supervision, carers, clinicians, or support workers.

Users should continue to seek appropriate medical, clinical, and emergency assistance when needed.

11. NDIS & Funding Disclaimer

HopeRing products may be considered by some customers as assistive technology or support-related purchases.

However:

• funding approval decisions are made by the participant, plan manager, support coordinator, NDIA, or relevant authority;
• HopeRing does not guarantee NDIS reimbursement or approval; and
• customers are responsible for confirming eligibility and funding arrangements.

Quotes or invoices can be provided on request.

12. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• using products according to instructions;
• maintaining chargers, batteries, internet, SIM, or related requirements where applicable;
• ensuring emergency contacts are correct and current;
• notifying us of relevant account changes;
• supervising vulnerable users where needed; and
• using products appropriately and safely.

13. Connectivity & Technology Limitations

Some products may depend on:

• mobile networks;
• Wi-Fi;
• GPS;
• Bluetooth;
• third-party software; and
• electricity/battery power.

HopeRing does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or real-time performance in every environment.

Signal loss, outages, hardware limitations, or environmental conditions may affect functionality.

14. Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, software, designs, videos, and materials are owned by or licensed to HopeRing.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

15. Privacy

Your use of our Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Notice.

By using HopeRing, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and handled in accordance with that notice.

Cookies and campaign measurement

We use cookies to operate the Website and checkout, and retain first-party campaign details for 30 days to understand how customers find HOPE. Choosing “Accept cookies” also enables Google and Meta advertising measurement, including verified purchase events and hashed contact matching. Choosing “Decline” turns off that optional sharing. You can update your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Cookie purposes, identifiers and data handling are explained in our Privacy Notice.

16. Third-Party Services

Our Website or products may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, communication tools, maps, apps, analytics, or cloud systems.

We are not responsible for third-party systems, availability, or separate terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HopeRing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss including:

• loss of income;
• business interruption;
• distress;
• loss of data;
• missed alerts due to network/device issues; or
• reliance on unavailable services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HopeRing against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• misuse of products or services;
• breach of these Terms;
• unlawful conduct; or
• unauthorised use of another person’s data or authority.

19. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services or accounts where:

• Terms are breached;
• misuse occurs;
• payment remains overdue;
• fraud or unlawful activity is suspected; or
• continuation becomes impractical.

20. Force Majeure

HopeRing is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters;
• pandemics;
• cyber incidents;
• supply disruptions;
• labour shortages;
• telecommunications failures; or
• government actions.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant State or Territory in which HopeRing operates, unless otherwise required by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on our Website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our Website or services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
